Electronic devices like smartphones and computers emit blue lights in large amounts. Blue lights have been proven to disturb your sleeping cycle. Avoid blue lights before going to sleep by:

-Download apps that block the blue light on your computer and smartphone
-Turn off bright lights two hours before going to bed
-Stop watching TV two hours before going to bed
