Improve your sleep
We have listed some of Team Loco’s best tips for improving sleep:
Make your bedroom a sleep-inducing environmentA cool, dark and quiet environment can make you sleep better. Use heavy curtains, blackout shades or an eye mask to block light. Use earplugs to lower the volume if outside noise disturbs you. And make sure you have a comfy mattress and pillows.
Use light to your advantageLet in the light first time in the morning and get out of the office for a sun break during the day. Natural lights keep your internal clock on a healthy sleep cycle.
Don’t consume caffeine late in the dayConsuming caffeine late in the day may hinder your natural relaxation at night, since it stimulates your nervous system.
