Extend summer flavours and enjoy the taste of sweet pears, frozen spinach, and ginger. Mix with oatmeal and then serve really cold. Refreshing both for breakfast and for snacks!

500 g of mature pear- choose a juicy and sweet kind
250 g of frozen spinach
5 dl of oatmeal
about 15 g of fresh peeled ginger

How about starting the day with a fresh smoothie in the colour of sunshine? Tasty, fast, and easy! You just need to mix the banana, mango, and a coconut drink. Sprinkling with roasted coconut flakes will add delicious crispness and sweetness to it.
